Service for patients
The Clinic provides patients with a free information, management and booking service for transport and accommodation.
Through the Call Centre, the Clinic collaborates with a travel agency, in order to facilitate the arrival and stay in Pamplona of its patients and their families.
In addition, the Clinic has rooms within the hospital centre where outpatients and family members of admitted patients can stay if they wish.

Visits must take place at the timetable set by each admission unit.
At the Madrid headquarters:
In Hospitalization, the maximum number of people per visit is two.
Neonatology ICU: Monday to Sunday - 1pm to 2pm / 6:30pm to 7:30pm
ICU: Monday to Sunday - 11am to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm.
At the Navarra headquarters:
ICU: Monday to Sunday from 11am to 2pm and from 5pm to 9pm
If you are coming to a doctor’s appointment
- Upon your arrival at the Clinic, you should go to the Clinic's Coordination Units 15 minutes before the time set for your appointment.
- You will need to present your ID card or passport, and provide your full personal details.
- If the assistance is provided by the Social Security, an insurance company or a firm, you must also present the documentation that accredits it and the corresponding flyer in each case.
- If the medical assistance is private, you must pay its costs in Coordination Units or in the Administration Service.
If you are coming for admission or surgery requiring hospitalization
- Upon your arrival at the Clinic, you should go to the Clinic's Coordination Units.
- You will need to present your ID card or passport, and your full personal details.
- Si la asistencia es a cargo de la Seguridad Social, de una compañía de seguros o de empresa, deberá presentar también la documentación que lo acredite y el volante correspondiente en cada caso.
