"My father-in-law underwent successful surgery, but there were complications and, unfortunately, he passed away. The treatment of all the staff that day was, as always, exquisite. But giving emotional support to the family at this time requires very special personal qualities, which Itziar demonstrated.
Her treatment and her words made us feel cared for in spite of the deep sadness and consternation we felt. She knew how to accompany us in our pain and we are deeply grateful for that".

"Inés was my midwife during the delivery of my second child. The situation was complicated and I want to nominate her for several reasons. She explained the reasons for all her interventions, she respected me and took charge of my situation at every moment. In addition, during labor, she made me feel that what she was doing was insurmountable and that together we were invincible.
I want to highlight her professionalism, her respect for her patients and her colleagues, and, above all, her leadership as a nurse. Her confidence in decision making, her judgment and her gentleness made my delivery successful."
