Contusión renal

Traumatismo renal cerrado, leve, que produce un pequeño hematoma subcapsular. Se cura espontáneamente, no requiere tratamiento y clínicamente se manifiesta por hematuria o microhematuria. Es radiológicamente evidente mediante tomografía axial computarizada.
