The Da Vinci robot provides a shorter learning curve, greater comfort in the work area due to its high ergonomics and three-dimensional visualisation, which is a feature of laparoscopic procedures. Surgeons with spatial vision problems can use the robot, specifically the integration into the brain of the sensation of depth, which is necessary in laparoscopic surgery.
